Pilgrims visiting Mumbai for Ziyarat only will be permitted to stay in the Musafirkhana. No resident of Mumbai will be allowed to stay in the Musafirkhana.

Pilgrims staying in the Musafirkhana are requested to check their luggage and other belongings at the time of coming in and leaving the Musafirkhana. The trust or its employees will not be responsible for any loss or damage.

The property has been acquired by Aqa Maula (T.U.S.) for the benefit of Mumineen. Mumineen are requested to use the same with great care avoiding damages & wastage. Pilgrims staying at the Musafirkhana should take the same care & precaution, as one’s own property.

Articles given for use must be returned in the same condition without any damage or mutilation. If any article is damaged or mutilated, full cost will be recovered from the pilgrims and deducted from the deposit.

Pilgrims are requested to switch off the geyser when not required as it makes the geyser non- operational.

Mumineen / Mumenaat are requested to wear Topi / Rida. Visitors of the Pilgrims should also wear topi / rida.

Outsiders are not allowed to visit the Pilgrims in his or her room. Pilgrims should come down & meet them.

People booking rooms for invitees are informed that no lunch or dinner can be served in the room.

Transfer or exchange of rooms between the occupants without prior consent of the management is prohibited.

Persons suffering from contagious diseases will not be allowed to stay in Musafirkhana & if detected, the management has right to evict them immediately.

Pilgrims must surrender possession of the rooms in their occupation before leaving Mumbai & in any event on expiry of the maximum period of occupancy permitted by the management. If any one fails to do so the management shall have right to break open the lock without any notice to the occupant & take possession. In such case the management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the belongings of the occupant.

No one will be allowed to stay in the Musafirkhana for more than 10 days unless the stay is extended by the management in writing. After 10 days, the Rent will be charged @ 1½ times.

Not more than 4 persons at a time should travel by lift. Kindly co-operate with the lift man. Lift services will not be available after 11.00 p.m. The gate of the musafirkhana will be closed at 11.00 p.m.

Bathroom cleaning & room cleaning will start from 7.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. Pilgrims are requested to kindly co –operate.

Pilgrims are requested not to wash their clothes in the Musafirkhana but to avail of laundry facility. Laundry man will collect the clothes from each room at or around 8.00 a.m. and return the washed clothes at or around 8.00 p.m.

Cooking & burning of coal, firewood & other fuels as well as washing of clothes & tying strings in the room is strictly prohibited.

No parties, functions or gatherings will be held or allowed in any part of the Musafirkhana.

Complaints & suggestions if any should be noted in the book available with the manager in the office.

All illegal activities & activites contrary to the Shariat including gambling, smoking, drinking liquor are prohibited. Person transgressing this will be summarily evicted.

Locks are not supplied by the Musafirkhana. Pilgrims should use their own locks.

Scribing & etching on the walls or any other part of the Musafirkhana is strictly prohibited. The transgressors will be liab make good the damage at their own costs.

10.00 a.m. on one day to 9.00 a.m. on the next day will be reckoned as one full day, for all services in the Musafirkhana. Full day’s charges will be payable even if pilgrims arrive after 10.00 a.m. on one day or leave before 9.00 a.m. on the next day.

Accounts to be settled between 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.

The gate pass issued on checkout will show the number of persons as mentioned in the form. If the number exceeds what is mentioned in the form than Rs.300/- per additional person per day will be charged.

The management reserves the right to add to or alter these conditions without any notice.
